Yanxia Zhen was born in Shannxi province, She obtained her Ph.D. degree at the Northwest A&F University, where she worked with Prof. Weiqing Xie on developing novel synthetic methodology for concise synthesis of natural product. In October 2024, she joined the Zuo group as a postdoc work on the photo-induced LMCT catalytic carbon-carbon bond activation.
